NOTICE OF ALLOWABILITY 

Status of the Claims 

This action is in response to papers filed 20 February 2007 in which Terminal 
Disclaimer was filed. The previous rejections under obviousness- type double patenting are 
withdrawn in view of the Terminal Disclaimer. 

The A Terminal Disclaimer places the pending claims in condition for allowance. 

Claims 19-22, 26, 33-35 and 39-45 are in condition for allowance. 

EXAMINER'S AMENDMENT 

An examiner's amendment to the record appears below. Should the changes and/or 
additions be unacceptable to applicant, an amendment may be filed as provided by 37 CFR 
1.312. To ensure consideration of such an amendment, it MUST be submitted no later than the
